1985 Media Guide: Heavier and stronger this year, with the addition of 18 pounds … figures to play behind Cris Carter in 1985.

1984: Lettered by playing in all 12 games for a total of 70 minutes … started one game, against Purdue … caught nine passes  for 119 yards, averaging 13.2 yards per catch.

1984 Media Guide: Will begin fall practice virtually even with Jay Holland for the starting split end spot.

1983: Played 17 minutes but did not letter … caught two passes for 76 yards, including a 63-yard scoring pass against Indiana.

1983 Media Guide: Has been moved to split end behind Thad Jemison … caught a 57-yard scoring pass in the Spring Game.

1982: Saw no game action and redshirted.

1981: Played briefly with the specialty teams appearing in four games.

1981 Media Guide: An unusually gifted defensive back who figures to help the Buckeye varsity even though he is a freshman … has good speed and excellent reactions.

High School: Won all-Georgia honors at Fulton High in Atlanta as a quarterback … also played safety … his high school teams posted a three-year mark of 27-5 … won all-Georgia recognition in basketball for two years … won letters in three sports.

Personal: Hobbies are music and reading … admires Earvin Johnson and Jack Tatum.
