Post-OSU Update: Miyan Williams decided to go pro after the 2023 season, a season that ended early due to a knee injury. Williams passed up two additional seasons of collegiate eligibility (due to special Covid rules). Williams was not selected in the 2024 NFL Draft and has not yet played in the NFL. In January of 2025, Williams signed a contract with the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts. (updated: Apr. 2025)

2022: Played in 11 games in 2022 and earned four starts: vs. Rutgers, Northwestern, Indiana and Michigan … led Ohio State in rushing in 2022 with 824 yards and a team-best 14 touchdowns, and he was named third-team all-Big Ten Conference by both the coaches and the media … topped 100 yards rushing four times, led by a career-high 189 yards vs. Rutgers with a school-record tying five rushing touchdowns (Pete Johnson vs. North Carolina in 1975; Keith Byars vs. Illinois in 1984) … also topped 100 yards vs. Wisconsin (101 with two touchdowns), Northwestern (111 with two touchdowns) and Indiana (147 with one score) … caught five passes for 27 yards in 2022 and enters 2023 with 14 receptions for 101 yards.
