High School: As a senior, Riggs had 104 tackles on his way to helping Indian Hill win the Cincinnati Hills League (CHL) championship … added 16.5 tackles-for-loss, three sacks, three forced fumbles and three interceptions … in a first round playoff game, Riggs finished with 10 tackles, one fumble recovery and returned an interception for a 66-yard touchdown … earned a first-team All-CHL selection … was a second-teamer in the district voting … also played basketball for Indian Hill.
