1994 Media Guide: Was thought to be the leading candidate to start at center this fall, but missed virtually the entire spring practice sessions with a partially torn ligament in his left knee … injury did not require surgery … has greatly improved his strength in the last two years and has added nearly 30 pounds … coaching staff believes he can develop into a fine center if he can avoid the injury bug.
