2015 Media Guide: Alex Stump has size, speed and talent on top of a strong academics skillset that earned him scholarship offers from Harvard and Yale in addition to a host of other offers … despite injuring a foot in the fourth game of the 2014 season, Stump earned 4-star rankings from both Rivals and 247Sports as a senior … he was considered the No. 1 receiver in Ohio as well as the No. 3 receiver in the Midwest region while also earning national receiving rankings of No. 23 by Scout, No. 36 by 247Sports and No. 42 by RivalsPrepStar named him all-Midwest Region.

High School: He had 11 receptions for 109 yards vs. Cincinnati Elder in his final game as a prepster … team lost that game and also its next before winning 10 consecutive games to win the Ohio Division I state championship … Stump had 57 catches as a junior, for 987 yards and 14 touchdowns to earn
honorable mention all-state honors by the Associated Press and all-district accolades.
